“Most mentorship programs focus on creative development, which is important but incomplete,” Soros explains. “We also teach the business fundamentals. That’s what transforms a hobby into a career.”
The results have been notable. Several mentees have secured major distribution deals, and three shows reached six-figure download numbers within their first year.
