He has indirectly touched souls and put Smilings on many people globally by encouraging them to live healthy and happier lives through the non-profit organizations and the mission-driven companies he supported and funded. Ron Gutman established FestiHealth, an interactive platform that curates knowledgeable speakers, live wellness activities and an expo that is virtual that helps individuals and organizations live and promote joy and healthier living.

This platform was founded amidst the COVID-19 predicament around May 2020 when the world was in deep need of good health solutions that were virtually available. In 2019, he anticipated the spread of SARS-CoV-2 by setting up the LiveLong & Flourish event at the University of Stanford where there were featured presentations by specialists on the disease . Ron Gutman developed a platform for health care called HealthApp in 2010. This platform was of use to many people globally as it gave them access to care and information.

This platform provided support to insurance companies, employers from diverse countries, and healthcare providers as well as raised a large sum of money from investors in funding. He set up a consumer health company online, Wellsphere, in 2006 which provided service to millions of people through an agile team of health writers. Ron Gutman is currently working for the project to be available and affordable for people worldwide.

He, among others, took part in aiding Ukraine as he was moved by the aftermath of the invasion by the Russians. It was during this period that there were reported high cases of the COVID-19 virus as many refugees had fled West running away from the war hence overwhelming the health facilities. According to Ron Gutman, this is where Intrivo came in handy as it manufactures computer platforms of aid to hospitals and COVID test kits which would enable the discovery of a cluster of COVID and isolation of those employees.
